Product Overview

QY irrigation pump consists of three parts: pump, motor and seal.

Pump part

It is located in the upper part of the electric pump and is composed of an impeller, a pump body and a water intake joint. A single-stage and multi-stage impeller is fixed at the upper end of the shaft with nuts or sleeves.

Motor part

Located in the lower part of the electric pump, filled with No. 5-10 mechanical oil, winding heat dissipation, cooling and bearing lubrication, the electric pump can be used in rural areas with large voltage fluctuations, and the motor will not be burnt out due to loss of voltage.

Sealing part

The dynamic seal is located in the upper part of the contact bearing of the motor. In the sealing cavity formed between the upper bearing seat and the intake joint, the dynamic seal is filled with No. 5-10 mechanical oil. The single-stage double-face mechanical seal is located at the stop coordination of each part of the electric pump. The "O" rubber seal is adopted. When the motor is connected to the 380V power supply, the stator produces a rotating magnetic field, which rotates the rotor, thus driving the impeller to rotate. The high-speed rotating impeller produces pressure on the water and flows through the pump body and through the outlet pipe.

Conditions of use

1. The electric pump shall be completely immersed in water, and the diving depth is not less than 0.5 meters (dynamic level):

2. The underwater depth of the electric pump is generally not more than 5 meters of moving water level);

3. Well water, river water and lake water with the water temperature not exceeding 40 degrees Celsius;

4. The working medium is non-corrosive water, and the volume ratio of solid particles does not exceed 0.1%:

5. The particle size is not greater than 0.2mm, and the PH value in the water is 6.5-8.5;

6. Power supply frequency is 50Hz, voltage is 380V, and power supply voltage is 342-420V.
